*1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination and shipping schedule. RoRo shipments to East African ports typically take 25–35 days, while West African ports take 30–45 days. Inland destinations add 5–10 days for clearance and transit.
*2. Are vehicles inspected before shipment?
Yes. Every vehicle undergoes a multi-point pre-shipment inspection covering body, mechanical, electrical, mileage authenticity and full documentation.
*3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfers and structured payments through verified banking partners. For larger orders and fleet deals we can arrange Letter of Credit (L/C) terms.
*4. Can you help with customs clearance?
Yes. We have clearing partners on the ground in every country we serve. We provide duty calculations, prepare all documentation, and coordinate clearance so your vehicle reaches you with no surprises.
*5. How do I request a vehicle?
Complete the request form on our Request a Vehicle page or message us on WhatsApp. We'll respond with a full quotation within 24 hours.
*6. What is the total landed cost?
Landed cost = FOB price + ocean freight + insurance + destination port charges + import duties + clearance fees. Our quotations always break this down so you know the full cost before committing.
